Recording Studio Sessions are designed for musicians, artists, podcasters, creators, performers, and independent professionals looking for a comfortable and creative space to bring their ideas to life. Sessions can be tailored for music recording, podcast production, interviews, spoken word projects, video content, audition recordings, and other creative media needs. Basic recording assistance and session support are included to help ensure a smooth and productive recording experience. Whether you're capturing music, recording content, or developing creative projects, the studio is built to provide a professional and inspiring environment for independent creators and artists.
Cancellation Policy
SoundVillage Atlanta Recording Studio Policy Welcome to the recording studio space at SoundVillage Entertainment. The studio is designed to provide a focused, creative, and professional environment for artists, musicians, podcasters, performers, and content creators. By booking a session, all clients and guests agree to the following policies. Booking & Scheduling All recording sessions are by appointment only. Session time begins at the scheduled booking time, not arrival time. Clients are encouraged to arrive on time and prepared for their session. Additional time beyond the scheduled booking may result in additional hourly charges. Payments Payment or required deposits must be completed before sessions begin unless otherwise agreed upon. Sessions are not considered confirmed until payment requirements have been met. Remaining balances are due at the conclusion of the session. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeited deposits or session fees. Rescheduling is based on studio availability. Studio Conduct All guests are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior within the studio. Excessive disruptions, aggressive behavior, or disrespect toward staff, equipment, or other guests will not be tolerated. SoundVillage Atlanta reserves the right to end sessions if necessary due to inappropriate conduct. Guests & Attendance Please notify the studio in advance if additional guests will attend the session. Large groups may not be permitted depending on the nature of the booking and available space. Guests should avoid unnecessary distractions during recording sessions. Equipment & Studio Care Clients and guests are expected to treat all studio equipment and furniture with care. Do not move, disconnect, or adjust studio equipment without permission. Any damage caused by negligence or misuse may result in repair or replacement fees. Recording Files & Sessions Basic recording sessions include only the services agreed upon during booking. Additional editing, mixing, revisions, exports, or extended production work may require additional charges. Clients are responsible for backing up and storing final files once delivered. Cleanliness Please help maintain a clean and organized creative environment. Food and drinks should be kept away from recording equipment whenever possible. Dispose of trash
